Title: Does an EMP shield really work on a Toyota Corolla?
Threaded Mode
#1
I’ve been reading about EMPs (electromagnetic pulses) and how they could potentially fry the electronics in cars during a massive event. Now, I drive a 2018 Toyota Corolla and I’m curious—does an EMP shield actually work for protecting the car’s electronics? I know it sounds kinda extreme, but I’ve seen some preppers talking about it online. Is it really necessary for a Corolla, or am I just being overly cautious? I’m not exactly planning for the apocalypse, but if it’s something that could save me from a major headache, I might consider it. Has anyone actually installed one of these on their Corolla, and did it do anything noticeable? Would love to hear if it’s worth the investment or just a gimmick!
