Hey everyone, I just changed the oil on my 2018 Toyota Corolla, but the oil light is still stuck on. I’ve done a bit of searching, and I’ve heard there’s a way to reset it by messing with the odometer button, but I’m not exactly sure of the steps. Does anyone know the exact process to reset the oil light?
I tried turning the car to the 'on' position without starting it and holding down the odometer button, but I must be missing something because the light won’t go away. Should I turn the ignition off while holding the button, or is there some other trick I’m not aware of?
It’s kinda annoying seeing the light there when I know everything’s good, so I’d appreciate any help or step-by-step instructions! Thanks!
